Substance Misuse Support
We also offer specialist substance misuse support. We have experienced outreach workers in our team to support, encourage and signpost people to get help from their local support services.
Our support workers will
- Support you to manage your own recovery
- learn about your situation and needs and support you the best possible way
- offer face-to-face appointments and advice you on health protection
- talk about options for support
- signpost you to services like housing or benefits advice
- offer support to get to appointments or fill out forms
- work with families to give wider practical and emotional support
- write reports and record information, keeping to guidelines on confidentiality
