Supported Living
Our Supported Living service aim to help people with a range of support needs retain their independence whilst still having that extra physical and emotional support needed to lead completely fulfilled lives in their own homes.
Our supported living is a strength based and focuses on positive outcomes and expertise of developing environments that focus on promoting and encouraging independence and functioning.
We offer short, frequent calls throughout the week, where you may choose to have help with going to the shops, get to and from work or have your support worker accompany you to social visits with friends. We support in a way that suits each individual, whether that’s round the clock, or by dropping in to help with shopping, cooking, medication, Doctor’s appointments or perhaps helping with the bills. The type of support you receive is controlled by you and with support, you will develop a person centred support plan based on your, strengths, interests, priorities and skills.
Currently we able to provide 2 levels of supported living that focuses on promoting independence to people in their own homes,
Our Low Needs (Independent living)
We can support you live independently in your own flat with as much or as little support as you need.
Medium Needs
You could live in a smaller setting of shared accommodation of 2-4 beds where you receive support when you need it. Overnight staff can be arranged if/when requested. This would be a structured service to prepare you for independent living. You will have access to an on call manager to support you when staff are not on site.
